Time

Wait

Wait.   (Wait 10 seconds before reading the next line)

Wait to....     (Wait 20 seconds before reading the next line)

Waiting for.....    (Wait 40 seconds before reading the next line)

Wait, what?    (Wait 80 seconds before reading the next line,
and watch the clock tick for each second)

Wait up!     (Wait 160 seconds before reading the next line,
and watch the clock tick for every f-r-e-a-k-i-n second)

Tick Tock Tick Tock Tick Tock

Well, what are you waiting for?

Wait.

Forever.

Or......
....
..

Time times 2

I look at the time, 5:34!

BUT THE LAST TIME I LOOKED AT THE CLOCK IT WAS 5:24!

Only t-e-n miiiiiinutes went by?!

When will it be time?

To forget about time again?

How long will I forget it for?

What time will I be hungry again?

How much time will pass?

How much "time" will it "feel" like passed?

When will I forget about time?

When will I forget about this state of mind?

I ask you, time, when?

When will I forget about this state of mind?

The state of mind that plasters itself to the clock, hears and feels each tick tock.

Sets up imaginary lines

That guide the tides

of our lives.

Time and time again

Take a deep breath, and begin:

Time.   (Read this line slowly and quietly)

TIIIIIIME!  (Yell it)

There's not enough time!  (Yell and feel panic)

I swear if I have to do this ONE MORE TIME @#$#@$@#$
(Yell and feel frustration, anger, and helplessness)

I can't stand one more second of this!!!!!
(Yell and add a little hopelessness)

Ahhhh, miller time.  (Exhale all the way)

Don't breathe in for, like, a few minutes. I ate hella beans and farted.
